Folks, remember that one time we talked about dots for an entire post and we thought it was a total go-go? Well guess, what - we’re back with the dots and this time it’s all about the dotted nails!
Back in January, we talked about them being the hero of minimalistic patterns, of their reminder of childhood and how they’re awesome for matching with other prints! And of course this is applicable for nails as well! As people do tend to stick to one color regarding nail patterns, adding some dots are a great way of adding life to your nails and give them some action. Another great thing is that anyone can do a dotted nail by dipping the end of a q-tip in the wanted color and dot the color on your nail. As you only add small amounts of nail polish the drying time is quick and you don’t have to spend the following hour paralyzed!
To keep up the fun, don’t be afraid to go beyond the regular black and white, but pick a contrasting color to your current nail polish (or anyone for that sake). As you can tell, there are tons of pros with adding some dots in your life and truly is a great start for begin wearing pattern.
