The beauty blender took the world by storm a few years ago and is loved by makeup people all over the globe. It has taking blending to a whole new level and is best described as an updated makeup sponge. Folks? Here are our best beauty blender tips!
Press it
The sponge gives the best outcome when you press it on the skin rather than sweeping.
Wash Properly
Wash. Them. Properly. They easily get dirty with all the bacterias on your hands and in the makeup. So wash them, easy and important as that. Read more about the washing process here.
Multifunctional
It’s most commonly used for concealer and foundation, but doing your powder or blush with the blender works perfectly fine as well! With a little practice, contouring is also something the blender can manage!
Toss It
When the blender begins to lose color and the surface becomes grainy it’s time to change!
Blend shades
If you have a concealer/foundation that’s too dark or too light, the blender will be favorable when mixing it with a lighter.
Save vs Splurge
Even though the original (Beautyblender) is most common, there are several more affordable versions too!
Full effect
Remember to use the different parts of it! The pointy parts for the areas around the nose and the bottom one for cheeks and forehead.
Play Around
Hence all the tips and tricks, it’s just another makeup tool. Don’t be afraid to test different ways to use it. Perhaps for the nails or the lips? The limit is your mind really!

Brushers and fingers can be so helpful, but a beauty blender is kind of another technique and many beauty folks things the outcome becomes better. That the beauty blender makes the foundation go sink in better than a pensel! Xx
